Boop,

every now and then the tilde irc network is suffering of a netsplit.
As you need to be identified when you want to talk on #meta, but nickserv
might be gone, I've just spun of #altmeta in case someone needs to get in
touch with other #meta-ppl.

As both chanserv and tildebot are also unavailable, the channel won't persist,
but it is good enough for now.
