Are we "tilders"? "Tildites"? "Pubnixers"?

What do we call ourselves?

My vote is on "tildies", or "tildy" in singular.

My only concern is that, when spoken in certain dialects, 'tildy' and 'tilde' sound basically identical.

I kind of like "tildite".

discard tmux, use bbj classic and you will by happy. I left another tilde because of they all used tmux and they eating all ram of the server.
I hate tmux for it. and of course I never use this abused program

I use tmux because I like having multiple tiled applications open and on screen at the same time, and I like being able to set up an environment with fairly simple scripts. I'm open to looking at alternatives if they provide the same or better functionality, but tmux doesn't really seem to be causing significant memory issues for me?

Odd to experience that much of a system drain from tmux sessions. There must
have been quite a lot of them. I have system resource limits in place on Cosmic
to try to aleviate burden from expensive processes. A lot of tildes request
users "nice" their long-running processes too.

If any of you run into performance issues like that it's nice to give the
admins a heads up. We like our places to be happy. :)
